Issue Push notifications

I turned on push notifications but they don't go off unless I'm on the forum for whatever reason. The moment I open it up I'll get the notification and it'll be over 20 mins past me getting the message. Not sure how to fix it.

What browser and OS are you using?

Google Chrome, Android version 10 according to my settings.

Go into system settings for Chrome and make sure you are allowing notifications from there.

I did and it's still the same thing. I'm still not getting them unless I'm on the forum, which is really strange.

Hrm. There can be any number of things, like if you're preventing Chrome from running in the background due to power saving for example.

Now it's working sometimes but idk, it's being weird. Has to be my phone settings in some way, I'll keep messing with it. Thanks!
