Link Button Not Working

Is anyone else having a problem since the conversion with the link button not working? It's specific to my Samsung galaxy tablet 10.1 with the built in browser. When I tap the link Icon it just flashes and does not open the little window.

I am not having that issue on either my PC or my iPhone. :x
