I'm finding that *some* of my PM conversations allows me to place threadmarks, but not any of the others. Oddly, the dates are all over the place, and there's no continuity of 'PMs before date X let me place threadmarks' or 'PMs after date X let me place threadmarks'. Nor is it even 'PMs I've replied to since the swap', as I have one that can and one that can't in that set. Nor is it by-user; my OOC PM thread with a user won't let me threadmark, but my IC PM thread with that same user will.
Is there a synchronization step that I'm still waiting on here, or did some crawl not finish, or is there a setting I'm not aware of?
