Question Question on Journal and NSFW

So this maybe a dumb question, but I am new so I had a question.
Q: On your Journal are you able to uhh add like nude pictures? and do they have be under spoiler or in the title of thread have to put NSFW?

You've got it right. If there's anything NSFW in your Journal, you need to:

Hide them behind spoiler tags.

Mark them as NSFW beforehand

or (simplest) add a NSFW tag to the title of the Journal and cover all your bases.
