I just found this the other day when someone recommended it, and holy guacamole!
You take two different characters and mesh them together to create your own!
I do not know how to upload my own image, so far all I could find was the ones already on the site itself.
If you figure out how to upload your own images, let me know!!!
This is so so so so much fun. Here is a few I made.

You gotta sign up to upload, I think free accounts get like three uploads as a limit? (That doesn't stop you from just making multiple accounts though) However uploading an image can take upwards of an hour or more since you're not really just uploading the 'image' itself but the site is making a breakdown copy of the facial points it uses to merge the different images together. So it's a long process with a lot of limitations, but there it is!

Couldn't you screenshot and upload the image elsewhere? I signed up using Gmail and haven't yet gotten to save/export anything but its honestly looking like an amazing tool! I think I'll definitely use it in the future for my RPs. I tend to struggle with face claims a lot personally.

You can right click and save the image, but what I can't do (or figured out yet) is uploading an image I want to combined with another. I can only combine the ones already on the site, I can't use my own. =[
