Background/History: Picked up as part of a debt from her family, Erika was brought into Forge to be used as best she could. The woman was not fit for a combat position, but showed great aptitude for machines. Knowing that her debt was something clearly cut as something she couldn't dodge, she simply accepted her position in Forge. She was in a squarely different class than those who came into the corporation of their own will. She enjoyed her work, and was determined to reduce her debt, trying to remove the barrier between her and her coworkers, taking any job, level of danger non-withstanding. It's why she was out near Cynosure, and why she's perfectly fine going onto a ship, knowing full-well that such things shouldn't go derelict without serious outside problems.

He's looking forward to some well deserved and earned vacation time when this current tour of duty comes to an end.

Background/History: Kahaan was born in New Ahmedabad, one of the aerostat cities that supplies foodstuffs for the various installations of the Saturnian system. As the eldest son of one of the city administrators, he was expected to learn all aspects of the family business. He worked in the hydroponic fields and the gene labs, as well as the city administrative offices. At the age of 17 he was sent back to Earth to study biochemistry and genetic medicine at the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research in Pashan.

His well-planned, mapped-out future took a wrong turn at the age of 26 when he killed two men in a drunken brawl at a Diwali celebration. The fact that he had been provoked and was acting in defense of his then-girlfriend was irrelevant, because the wealthy parents of the two dead men lived in the city while his own wealthy parents were about 8 AU away. So, three weeks shy of when he was scheduled to defend his thesis for his PhD in biomedical sciences, he enlisted with Forge and got offworld as fast as possible.

Being a private military contractor agreed with him, and he hasn’t looked back.

At the tender age of 17 she was the youngest to have been appointed 1st Lieutenant in the Forge organisation.

Background/History:
Ruya was born in Istanbul to strung out parents, forced to eek out a living on her own in the rough streets of that metropolitan. In attempts to escape the dysfunctional household she was born into, she took to the streets, preferring to steal and hustle to make a living, selling whatever possible, to whoever was willing, and eventually utilizing her intense anger at such a hard living into a brutalized killer and street assassin, until around the age of nineteen she was picked up and imprisoned under various charges. Passed through the prison systems, she was faced with a life prison term or a choice of military service for the greater good.

Not knowing any better, Ruya elected the service, not realizing that her “rights” and “consent” were in fact being sold from one private company to another, one in the military industry complex of formulating the perfect soldier, for use by professional militaries and private groups. She now serves as a Forge tactical foot soldier as atonement for her prison term.

Against her will, and knowledge, she underwent intensive indoctrination and re-socialization efforts, often injected with numerous drugs, forced therapy, and mental reprogramming, that suppressed her natural personalities and moods, in exchange for a stoic, selfless subservient soldier that has little regard for personal safety and only utmost willingness to see the job done, no matter the cost. Memories of the process are well suppressed in her own mind due to further psychological drug treatments, leaving large gaps in Ruya’s memory that leave her perplexed and confused at times.

Her Forge tactical bodysuit contains a number of stims and injections that regulate her mental state, keeping her docile during non-violent durations and enhancing her natural violent tendencies during combat, to maximum effect. While this has an adverse effect on her mind and personality, as it does many others in the Resocialization program, under the guise of “criminal rehabilitation” it often does not manifest long enough to be a problem as these selfless soldiers are often suicidal charging into the worst of dangers due to their programming to get the job done, thus often eliminating themselves as potential evidence to such an exposure on part of the mercenary companies.

Mentally, these drug-induced moments often leave Ruya with intense amnesia, very rarely recalling those adrenaline pumping moments of violence after they occur, though she is very well aware that her body is being used for nefarious purposes often in tandem with her imprisoned mind, there is nothing she can do, as all the bodysuits assigned to these re-socialized convicts are equipped with various fail-safes in case the experiment should go rogue or have other…thoughts.

Unit AMZN-T103m302 was manufactured four years ago at the Haden-Kessler assembly facility on Ceres, part of an order placed by Divinity, Inc to supply administrative assistant and security services for managers on an executive career track. She has served three prior Divinity managers, two of whom were promoted to the C-suite and one of whom was killed by constructed sentience rights terrorists. AMZN-T103m302 was determined not to have been at fault for the assassination (Uksukushi-Tensh androids are not really designed to prevent mass driver attacks), so she was refurbished and upgraded and reassigned to Jaxx Herd.

Background/History - Lorenzo has been with Forge for ten years now. Straight out of High School he went directly into the Academy. He rose to the rank of Sergeant five years ago and has been stuck in that role, leaving him to privately wonder if he has gone as far as he can with Forge.

Background/History - Allen is as close as one can get to being born into Forge. His father was a ranking officer who had attained the rank of Captain before his untimely passing while in stasis. Certain higher ups pushed for the young recruit to be fast tracked into the ranks of an official officer. By the time he was 2 years into his tour of duty with Forge, Allen was overseeing recruitment. A promotion followed, bringing Allen to the Academy as an Instructor. His latest promotion was just prior to his departure to Sigma 6. Released from his duties as an Instructor, the freshly branded Lieutenant Cartwright was picked to lead the recon mission to Cynosure. It's an opportunity that he intends to make the most of and fully expects to come out of this mission with the rank of Captain, just like his dad.

1 - Corporal J.J. Jenkins - Quiet, reserved, respectful - The Sarge's second in command. Jenkins suffers from a little motion sickness, but he's a solid soldier who takes commands well.

2 - Private Brian Tuggerson (Tug Boat) - Obnoxious, Unfiltered, Unashamed - Tug Boat has a mouth that often speaks before his brain processes what he is saying. He fancies himself as one of the toughest and bravest men there is. His facial scars serve as a constant reminder to make sure his weapon is fully cleaned and in serviceable order.

3 - Enlistee Axle Hughes - Impressionable, Fresh, Eager - Axle is the rookie of the group. Cynosure is his first rodeo since graduating from the Academy. What he lacks in experience he makes up for with a sure fire shot. Privately he's a bit nervous about taking someone's life.
