"Jury duty... what the hell," Sonya grumbled in exasperation. At home a little early, she wasn't doing anything just yet. But if Erica was delayed, maybe she would now. She did want to clean up the place... her eyes grazed the furniture that was littered in odds and ends. Not too badly, but neither of them were too great at putting everything away. Admittedly Sonya was the worse of the two for it. "Yeah, yeah, that's fine..." she muttered with a palm up in her hair. "Right. See you."
God, won't that be boring. She sighed and kicked a pillow.
Her outing meant she still had her formal wear, although it was quite comfortable. Aside from undergarments, she wore a thin white blouse that was mostly covered with a sleek grey coat, parted to expose generous swathes of her neck and trailing off just below her knees, which were picked up by the frilly black skirt dipping towards her ankles. An odd outfit, but she was all about strange.
It was simple enough to change, and she could do it on short notice. Maybe she wouldn't bother until Erica came home... an excuse to do a little something when it became time. Maybe the boring afternoon didn't have to be. She smiled.
Her car was already in the driveway, a first hint for their coming home. For her part Sonya decided to clean up her own mess a little. Fair was fair and she did have a few days off. She also checked up on her goodies along the way, a discreet box she left under Erica's bed and a few spare goods under the couch just in case. Her collection of toys and ties that came along from before they were roommates and she imagined were mostly secret. Until today, perhaps?
