Just gathering all my plots and ideas for specific fandom pairings and will be updated as needed.

Living in her little hut, Tsumiki is the village's herbalist, treating anyone who needs help with the herbs she grows in her little garden. One of her regulars being Komaeda.
One day, she is accused of being a witch and sentenced to burn. Komaeda helps her and runs off with her.
Personal Nurse
When the young prince has been ill since he has been small, he gets a new personal nurse to take care of him each day and treat him to better help. But feelings start to grow between them.
Casted
Two young actors meet on set, as they are cast as the main duo of a show. Tsumiki and Komaeda start to fall in love. Both of them actor since kids, but neither of them happy to living a life of fame.
Eternal Life Is A Downwards Spiral
Living an enteral life was never what Komaeda wanted, but there he was. He had lost count of the years and really didn't care anymore. To top it off, he had been ill for the last long while. He had no motivation left. But it was never gonna end, even if he wanted it to.
Then he was introduced to his new nurse Tsumiki, that started to bring some light into his life and it suddenly wasn't so awful.

Based on the series of that name.
After falling in the pond of the drowned girl, Ouma suddenly is cursed to turn into a girl whenever in contact with cold water, but can turn back into a boy when in contact with warm water.
He ends taking advantage of this and often leaves a mess behind him, that his close friend Saihara is stuck cleaning up for him.
Two of both
After the events of the killing game, they awaken to the real world, with their personalities from in the game intact. But they learn, their original personalities still exist.
Saihara and Ouma are placed in an apartment with their original counterparts. So now, Saihara from the killing game, Saihara from reality, Ouma from the killing game and Ouma from reality have no choice but to live together, as part of the Danganronpa team's plan. Some are happier about this than others.
Engaged Royalty.
When born into royalty, it only made sense to become engaged to someone you don't know, who is of royal blood.
It was the day of arrival of the princess of the neighbouring kingdom that Saihara, the emperor of his kingdom, was meeting for the first time, despite already being engaged to this women.
When she finally arrives, his eyes were more caught by one of the servants she had along. A short, purple-haired boy, Ouma.
Very personal servant.
When born as a servant at the royal palace, Ouma often spend his young years playing with the imperial prince, who was the same age, Saihara. But eventually, the emperor, Saihara's dad couldn't accept this anymore and split the two young boys apart to never play again.
When around 20, with his father dead, the still young prince is to be crowned emperor. This left the boy with a lot of choices to make. One of which was a personal servant. And what came to mind was his only friend he hadn't seen in over 10 years. So now Ouma was tasked with being Saihara's personal servant. And perhaps, a bit more behind the palace walls.
My idol dream.
The idol culture is as big as ever in the heart of Tokyo, with one of the current big sensations being a group of idol boys, each with their attractive personality.
Saihara Shuichi, a novice detective, was a fan of this group. His favourite of his members being the cute and childish Ouma Kokichi.
During one of the group's concerts, Saihara gets pulled behind the stage as one of Ouma's shenanigans and get to talk to him face to face.
Idol Enemies.
The idol scene is a competitive place. Ouma and Saihara are both members of a group, but two very different ones. Still, these group often go up against each other with their popularity.
His trusty hat and a pair of sunglasses was something Saihara always needed when going out. He didn't like being recognised. He never wanted to be an idol, but he just said yes to his friends who asked him to join them, never expecting it to get this big.
One day when his hat fell off and the sunglasses failed him, it suddenly happened, he was swarmed with attention out in the public without any escape. But to his rescue was a childish boy, Ouma, who snapped away all the attention from Saihara, by allowing fans pictures and whatnot.
Eternal life is never good.
It feels like it has been forever. That was how it was for Saihara Shuichi, an immortal soul. He had died plenty of times, but was always reborn and would remember all his previous lives gradually, as soon as he learnt to remember. He never felt like he could connect to people. But his last life changed that when a young boy reached out to him, to share a life with him. Before he even had a chance to tell how he felt, he lost the other to an accident. That also ended up as Saihara's shortest life.
He felt at his lowest point ever in his new life, sure he would never be happy, as any chance was ripped away from him.
"Is this seat free?"
Someone asked, referring to the seat that was across the small table. This made him look up to see a familiar face. It was Ouma.
Optional addon: Saihara finds himself without his wallet after Ouma left since he is a thief.
The oni and the kitsune.
At the bottom of a mountain in the forest, lived an oni alone, isolated from anyone. He sometimes enjoyed it. But, sometimes, he found himself lonely. Not that he had a much of a choice.
One day, he finds a fox in his cupboard, snacking away at his treats. It doesn't seem happy about physical contact at first. And it takes a while before it transforms into its human form.
Unknown Creature
It had been happening for weeks at this point. It was an odd experience, probably an uncomfortable feeling. Every time Saihara had been home, it was like someone was staring in through his windows, but if there was something, they definitely were good at hiding. Even at night, it ruffled inside Saihara's room. It was an odd phenomenon that couldn't be explained, not with the logic as we knew it.
But, the pieces feel a bit more together, when one morning, a creature was sitting on the dining table like some sort of animal. It wasn't small, but not large either. Or at least compared to a human. It had dark purple skin, with vibrant purple eyes. Some part of its body, did look humanoid in some ways, but other things were quite different. Most noticeable the tail with purple fur at the end, the large and long ears sticking out to the side and many other quite different features.
It cooed out a soft sound, not appearing hostile. The tail was wagging from side to side as it sat there. It almost looked cute with its large eyes and just looking innocent. And was a bit small still, but not much.
Kiznaiver
Long into the future, the kiznaiver project has become a reality, accepted by governments across the globe.
In an attempt to decrease crime, the kiznaiver project was made and upon success, it was used on the whole worth. Every time a child is born, they are registered and given a partner. They will likely never learn who their partner is. But what it means, is that you share your physical pain and experience theirs too.
Unhappily Arranged
While working on a difficult case, detective Saihara Shuichi, goes to visit someone who can give him necessary evidence for the case. It was quite a man. The mansion he owned almost looked intimidating from the outside.
Nevertheless, Saihara had to enter, to obtain crucial information for his case. While in there, he bumps into a smaller boy after talking, who is revealed to be the husband of the man of the manor, in an arranged marriage.
