I am the ultima werewolf? Prewerewolves wanted

The ultima is a special werewolf. There is only one of it's kind and it can turn whoever it wants into a werewolf just by having them look into it's eyes. Whomever was turned must obey it, even an alpha. My character is the ultima but, only found out about it when your character took off her blindfold while trying to rescue her from some gangsters.
