Duplicate messages?

Here I am in the question and answer forum again. Not sure how, but I have been sending duplicate messages quite a bit today. Thought I would mention in case there is something wrong in the system or if there is user error on my part, of which I can rectify?

That actually happened to me once! It was because it lagged out when I was writing, and I ended up pushing the send button multiple times because I thought it wasn't going through. Did you have a similar issue?

I've experienced a similar situation as Cantarella once myself. I'd wager that was likely the issue.

I also sometimes have multiple windows open for the site and it happens.

Thank you everyone, it hasn't happened again so I will assume it had to do with browser lag on my laptop.
