This thread is purely about a specific kind of fantasy roleplay. One where a monstrous being gets into a romantic relationship with a human. I can do it both ways around, writing as either the monstrous or the human character, but in all cases, I prefer writing male characters. This would of course take place in a fantasy world with a roughly medieval level of technology, as that seems the most fitting to me.
But first, a little about me. I can post two to three times per week and would be aiming for between one and three paragraphs (depending on what's going on, there isn't really a need for three paragraphs of which two and a half describe the same scene again while our characters are talking for instance). As for the plot/smut ratio, I would be going for 50/50, but then again, I find it very hard to really assign much meaning to those numbers. What I however mean is that both are important aspects to it all.
I decided to list out a few of the creatures that could be interesting, although, of course, I'm always open to your suggestions:
> Minotaur
> Centaur
> Sphinx
> Giant
> Merfolk
> Drider
> Troll
One of the important things to me is that I love romance, and for that reason, the creature should always be at least reasonably intelligent, and, of course, capable of conversation and the like. Otherwise, things get boring very quickly. Mind you, I'm not looking for mindless smut, I'm actually more interested in the kind of romance that would blossom between two such different characters and how they build their lives around each other. For that reason, I would also very much like these beings to not be a regular part of each other's society.
Aside from the setting, there of course are kinks. Now, I'm not someone who believes in a dominant/submissive dynamic and prefers things to be more equal and loving, so that will be reflected here:
> Giving oral
> Size differences (either way)
> Gentleness (which might mean that it takes some time before they can achieve full penetration, depending on how things go)
> Cuddling
> Pregnancy
> Realism (as much as one would get when inhuman monsters are involved at least!)
And things to avoid:
> Pain
> Gore
> Bathroom stuff
> Noncon
