A long time ago, when Mew two was being created,(this is an AU by the way) Team Rocket had a plan. They made their own town by a mansion that was creating Mew two and other experiments. Many people came and moved there...one of which is a girl named Sophia Squall and her mom.
She wasn't allowed to be a trainer or be near pokemon due to an ability Acreus gave her and due to some prophacy an oracle gave. He said, 'This girl will bring a calamity where ever she goes and cause ripples that bring a change that can be disasterous.' Now, they didn't know what Acreus and Celeby did to her as a baby but, she had gained an ability to psychically understand pokemons speech.
Back to the mansion and Mewtwo, the mansion was suppousedly abandoned and she went to sneak out and explore the old manor. When she did, she found an egg...mewtwo's egg. She snuck it out and tried to keep it warm when, it hatched. It saw her and thought, she was it's mom. She tried to care for it and it grew closer to her. Then, when Team Rocket moved to nab her to make Mewtwo do their orders. They discovered that this weapon had more power than they imagined
