Not that I know of. Here is a link you might find helpful -- but right now, there doesn't appear to be a quick, easy way to just save a copy of a conversation.

Thanks, I tested just highlighting the posts and pasting them into OpenOffice. Worked well enough that I'll just do that.

Try the 'Find and Replace' function to clean up some of the junk words.
