Letting out a sigh Riley looked up at the ceiling. The landlord had called earlier that morning to tell him that there would be someone moving into the spare room this afternoon. Of course, Riley had missed the call, it was Saturday, of course he wouldn't be out of bed until late in the morning, or in this case early in the afternoon. His deep set eyes moved from the ceiling over to the clock that hung on the wall, it was nearly One, he had just woken up fifteen minutes ago. Lifting a hand he ran it through his messy crimson red hair. He wasn't bad looking, actually he was rather good looking. He had nice strong features and eyes that could melt chocolate. Something a girl told him one night at a bar about two weeks ago. He also had a nice build, he was fit and had muscle worked under his skin, though he was no where near being a body builder or anything.
He wore dark blue jeans that were unbuttoned at the top so that they hung low on his hips, no socks or shoes on, along with no shirt. It was what he had worn to bed the night before. He sat back on a couch that had been supplied with the living area. The room was in a type of apartment complex, but it was much larger, meant for two families. There were three floors, two rooms on each floor. His room was 2A, on the second floor room on the right.
Shaking his head lightly Riley looked around the place. There was a kitchen in the back that had a kind of bar-counter that separated it from the living area, also it was elevated one step. The front door opened into a large living area that held a couch, loveseat, chairs, and a flat screen TV, along with different bookshelves and what not. To the right of the room was two doors, one was the bathroom and the other was a empty room that supported only a bed and desk. On the other side was a sort of storage room and then the door was closed, leading into his own bedroom - but what it looked like couldn't be seen.
Looking over at the door he shrugged his shoulders, wondering when the person would come and what they would be like, the landlord didn't give him any real information. Riley moved and switched on the television to pass time by before they came, he had to be there in case the person's key didn't work. At least, that was what the landlord said.
