Entity 237: Lillithoid
Class: Reproductive/Transmutative Entity
Discovered officially in the year 2019, the Lillithoids are a species of extra-terrestrial origin with unknown intellectual ability. Possessing a violet hue, the entities are seen as a writhing mass of tentacles designed for the express purpose of grasping and mating with its victims. It is unknown if the shape of the tentacles is related to its contact with humanity or not, but the appendages all have a distinctly phallic appearance and function like penises. They seem to possess an ability to fertilize human eggs in order to spawn new Lillithoids, with overarching side effects from coupling with the creatures being noted in almost all cases.
Reported changes: Female victims of the Lillithoid are restrained and ravaged by the mass of tentacles for hours, days, even weeks. During this time, they are impregnated and repeatedly birth tentacle spawn (which appear at birth as individual tentacles). The longer the victim remains in the hive, the more her will is warped and broken, and the more her body changes to accommodate the Lillithoid. It is unknown if these changes are simply a reproductive necessity for the creature, or it finds it sexually appealing. Such changes include breast growth, hip and growth of the posterior, growth of the thighs. It is not uncommon for the victim to gain a mild amount of weight due to the high nutrient levels of the Lillithoid’s semen.
As for male victims of the Lillithoid, the changes are the same as the above, except much more drastic, leading to the notion that the Lillithoid has an expressed desire to reshape its victims in strictly feminine shapes. Men find their bodies warping under the assault of the tentacles, until eventually they are transformed into women themselves. However, as a potential safeguard for the future, hinting at either intention on the creatures part or an adaption, a fair number of the Lillithoid males are turned into hermaphrodites of sorts, possessing both enlarged penises and testes, but also a vagina (no doubt to be impregnated by its tentacle spawn). These new beings, dubbed Futanari, can reportedly impregnate females and fellow futanari with human offspring. However, unlike baseline humans, males are never born of these union.

So, there are a couple options off the top of my head. The first would be the first contact scenario. A lucky individual finds themselves caught by the Lillithoid and is subsequently bred. We can discuss the nature of this “relationship”, of course.
The other option, some years in the future a cult is formed surrounding devotion to the Lillithoids, with women offering themselves to the creatures willingly in hopes of attaining beauty, longer life, or simply carnal satisfaction. Males as well, though they come in fewer number or are lured in and converted against their will. This is when the true revelation of the Lillithoid is made clear: its intention of converting all humanity into a feminine species to serve its reproductive cycle.
