I usually prefer my romance with a touch of drama (not too much, but a little bit), but if you're looking for something just cute and fluffy, Hibi Chouchou comes to mind. Shoujo romance manga tend to dome with one of two types of male leads: either a cold, sometimes downright abusive bastard, or a sickeningly perfect prince. I hate them both. Hibi Chouchou has a pretty nice main character couple, and it's overall just very cute in a way that, to me, feels quite natural, not too romanticised.
