On my knees, in between his legs.
A servant in his manor, Olivia Everwood was scrubbing the floors She tended to reman quiet but that didn't mean she wasn't baffled and dazed by the man she served. He was beautifu. Compared to her lesser persons, looking at him was like looking at a god. So clean, so sharp looking and damn intimidating just with his presence. She always found it difficult to speak around him. The certain air that moved around him and then the certain lesser air that swarmed around her. His presence made her feel that she really was unworthy in front of a noble since she was just a common peasant who was lucky to not have been sold off and still so intact with her family; not yet taken away.

The young girl had flawless features though. She was a well raised young girl and looked presentable even in the shameful of clothes. A brown servant's dress, long flared sleeves and the hem of her dress came just a little bit above her feet so she wasn't tripping over it. As she dunked the rag in the murky water, she started scrubbing the floors again, sitting on her knees as she did so. Her arms were sore, her legs tired from being bent at the knee so much but it wasn't on her mind to really stop and take a rest.

Glancing to his study, she saw how bored he seemed to be but at the same time, she was looking more because of the fact of a rumor she heard. That he was looking for a mistress, and while it wasn't like her to want to be bedded out of wedlock, the thought was better than to be the cleaner; scrubbng floors, cleaning the kitchens, bathrooms, making the bed and all that. Her stunning hazel eyes looked his gorgeous sitting body up and down and while she was enticed, it wasn't like her or her place to start daydreaming and thinking 'What if' to whether he'd pick her or not. Though he had four other female servants and far more beautiful female accquaintances to choose from than her. Though, her mother and many in her community thought her to be the beauty of their community but she never believed it. She saw other woman, women of noble rank who were far more beautiful and it erased the fact that others thought her to be beautiful too. Looking away, she stood and began to dry the floor, ridding her mind of such foolish thoughts.

Still though, while the black haired beauty was drying the floor, she couldn't help but let her eyes trail back to him.

Daniel Pardou was a noble, he found the life interesting, except for the duties. Like the meeting he was currently having the awful pleasure of listening too. His father was once again reminding him that he needed to take on a wife, but due to his lack of interest one had been promised to him. Some noble girl that he barely knew, and probably wouldn't see much even after he was wed. He was a active man, often got into trouble with his friends.

He brushed his hand through his brown hair and happened to glance over and notice one of the servants cleaning. Such rags they kept the servants in he thought. It was a shame, that a beautiful girl as this one had to scrub floors.

His father demanded his attention again and he looked away from the servant girl, "Urm, yes, father. I'll get on that." He said, really having little idea what was happening. This annoyed his father, who had the door shut to the study, so he wasn't allowed to avert his attention elsewhere.

Daniel frowned slightly, he had a nice view of the girl, "Father, I will not wed a girl that I do not know." He sat up in his chair.

"You seem to care little about this, and you know how important it is that you start having children." His father said.

"Father, I am merely 19 years old. Children are not my priority!" Daniel replied, finding this whole conversation to be irritating. He wanted love like everyone else. Sure he could have any girl he wanted, and there were rumors of his sexual adventures. In all truth he fed those rumors on purpose, but he actually had only had sex one other time.

Finally when the conversation was over and nothing much else was resolved he was allowed to leave the study. He saw the servant girl again and stopped to look at her, he was in need of a servant to clean his clothes, bring him meals.

"Girl." He said gently, "I need to speak with you for a moment." He motioned for her to stand up.

Olivia looked away immediately though when his eyes hit hers. Her eyes widened too since it sort of embarrassed her and it caused her to turn her back to him not out of disrespect but more because she didn't want to give him the advantage that his sex appeal got to her. That's just embarrassing. Soon enough though, she was done drying up the floors and she stood up and plopped the rag she used to dry in the bucket. She let out a sigh and stretched a little bit before turning on the ball of her foot and looked at him.

Looking down right away, she moved her hand around her neck and then brought it back down to her side as she walked over to him since he called her over. Though she assumed he was referring to her since she had been the only girl in the room that was cleaning and well they shared a moment of connection earlier. Just a moment. Okay, perhaps a second. She stopped in front of him and bowed, going down on one knee and kept her head down, as she wasn't permitted to look at him unless he allowed her. Or so she was told at least...

Being almost seventeen, she was still learning on how to act around nobles. See, when she was within her community, she was a bubbly and carefree little crazy young woman. not lady, but woman. She definitely didn't have the persona of a dignified and classy young lady to be called a lady. But when she was around a noble, her mother told her to always bow in greeting rather than shake hands, never look them in the eye unless permitted and alwyas show respect even if you hate the person's guts. But then again, that was when her mother worked in a nobleman's household when she was a teenager. Things could have definitely changed by now.

Daniel found her shyness cute. He could tell she hadn't been here long, not many servants actually got down on a knee for him. He gave a amused smile and put his finger on her chin, lifting her eyes toward him. His touch was gentle but commanding, he knew he was in charge here. "There is no need to kneel, my dear."

He waited til she rose to her feet, his finger still on her chin until she was standing. "Much better. Now, a lovely girl like you shouldn't be scrubbing the floors. I am in need of a personal servant, how would you feel about that?" He gave her a charming smile. He knew he was desired by woman, but he wasn't a deviant. He was just a young flirt sometimes, especially with the young noble ladies. "Of course, you'll like that. So report to my room with my dinner at the appropriate time, and then I'll tell you more of your duties."

He glanced out the window, for a moment then back at her, "Since you'll be my servant you may forget this floor scrubbing and go work on cleaning my room. I expect it clean by dinner." He didn't tell her that he was a messy person. It was rather mean to give her such a task, but he didn't see it that way. She was a servant after all, this was her job, to serve him. He patted her on the shoulder, almost affectionately, "I think you'll do well, my dear. Now get going."

Her eyes were casted downward as he lifted her chin. Biting her lower lip, she rose and when she was standing, her eyes remained casted downward before her hazel eyes looked at his perfection. Gulping, she nodded and then listened to him, smiling gently. She was glad she was being his new personal servant rather than a common one who worried more for the ordeal of the house. Nodding gracefully, she smiled softly and moved her hands to her front and held them together.

"As you wish my lord." She bowed gently to him, casting her head down slightly and then strolled along passed him and up the stairs. When she arrived to his room, her eyes widened and she swallowed hard. Great. She was admiring a pig and cleaning his mess. Grimacing, she let out a light whine and grimaced some. This wasn't exactly what she wanted really. Scrubbing floors was actually better than this. It had to be at least.

With a slight defeated sigh, she retreated out of his room and to a closet way down the hall which held additional mops and brooms and cleaning supplies rather than having to keep going up and down for it all. Grabbing a broom, a rag and a water sprayer as well as a duster, she walked back to his room and started getting to it. She retied her hair with a ribbon and started working, determined to finish. The faster she got to it, the faster she'd be finished.

Once the girl had left he went about other things. He had hoped she wouldn't be too overwhelmed with her job, he was a bit of a slob. It was something else his father always scorned him about, but no one ever went into his room besides him and now this servant so he didn't see the huge deal. He found out that he would be meeting his promised wife in a few days. He was more interested in his new servant then that noble woman.

A few hours later he decided to return to his room to see how his new girl was doing. It was still a while until dinner, so he figured she would at least be close to being done. He walked into his large room and saw her busy cleaning. "How is the cleaning going?" He asked her gently and moved to his closet, pulling off his shirt, his bare chest exposed to her. He knew she was shy, but he had to change for later, his chest was muscular and sleek. He looked like a warrior rather then a nobleman, the joys of being young. He glanced over at her form, taking in her beauty and making a note that he would have to get her better clothes.

A little while later, she was almost done with cleaning. His room actually looked a lot more like a room than a pig sty and she also learned that it was a large and beautiful room when clean. His clothes and messiness all around in it made it seem smaller than it really was.

Olivia nearly squeaked a little bit when he came into the room. SHe looked at him and bit her lower lip, nodding. "it's coming along. I'm almost done. Your room is actually very beautiful my lord." she said softly and then turned, returning to work. She had cleaned it all up and now was pretty much just dusting it and making it completely clean and not a single vice in the room. Her head turned to his direction though as she could feel his presence there, and she saw him changing. Her eyes scanned over his toned body and chest and she bit her lower lip, dusting off a small vase and it hit the ground and actually even broke.

This caused her to turn her attention back to it and she covered her mouth when she saw she actually did break it. Biting her lower lip, she gulped and looked at him. "U-Um...I'm sorry. I didn't mean to." What was she to say? 'I was staring at you so much that my attention drifted to your hot muscular body and I broke a crystal vase?' Yeah, that'll get her in so much trouble...

Daniel certainly could get used to having her around, her embarrassment was so cute. Most ladies just flirted and drooled over him, yet she tried to hard to stay humble. He had just slipped his shirt back on when he heard the crash. He turned around, frowned only slightly, that had been a valuable vase. Not that he cared, but it would get him into trouble for letting it break.

He walked over to the girl and pet her softly on the head, "It is fine my dear. I'll just tell my father I broke it. Saves you from getting into trouble." He knew why she had been so flustered and he cupped her chin in his hand gently, and lifted her chin up again, "If you are to be my servant you need to get used to seeing me without clothes, my dear. I know I'm not that handsome." He ran his thumb over her cheek, it was easier to talk to servant girls then the noblewomen, who always expected to much out of him. "I will often change in front of you, or even have you dress me. Being a personal servant is much different then what you are used too. Just remember, your loyalty is to me now, not my father or anyone else. I know people will talk about me having a female servant, but your cute, and I think you will serve me well." He pulled his hand away from her chin and walked back over to his closet. "I'll even get you a new room attached to mine, it will be much nicer then your old one. I promise you that. Now clean up the vase and there is no need for worry. Understand, my dear?" He glanced back at her, "Do you have any questions for me?"

Olivia watched as he walked over to her and she was totally expecting to be slapped, or hit or get her hair pulled, something of a punishment like that. But no. Instead, he took it so well and didn't even put the blame on her, as he was taking the fall for it for when he had to tell his father. Smiling almost brightly, showing her beautiful pearly whites in a full smile, she nodded to him. "Thank you. Thank you so much." She said softly, though not long after, a rather deep blush came over her cheeks and she covered her mouth a little bit and looked down. That threw her off guard since she wasn't expecting to be seeing him regularly without clothes, seeing him change or even being the one to dress him. It was an honor but also very intimidating along with flattering. "Believe me, you're more handsome than you know..." it came out faster than she could have even thought and it made her look away, biting her lower lip. She couldn't believe she actually thought out loud. Being around him made her feel so dumb, since she lost all track of restrain and everything and was just saying things. It was embarrassing. Next thing you know, she will be throwing herself at him, which she really hoped she didn't.

Bowing to him, once again casting her head at a slant downward motion, she nodded to him. "Thank you. You're far too kind." To know she'd be getting better rooming arrangements and such, it flattered her. She didn't know what he saw in her, in a servant to treat her so well. But she wasn't about to question it because she was told you never question the good things in life but simply accept them.

Turning, she knelt down and began to clean up the shattered pieces of the broken vase. Standing up, she threw them away in a trash bucket and finished on with his room, until she did actually finish. "is there anything more you would like me to do before I prepare your dinner?" Her voice was so soft and smooth, it was definitely pleasant to the ears. And what was more was she loved to sing and was told in all pure honesty that she had a beautiful voice. But not any females were really allowed to sing in the public.

Daniel loved the delight in her face, making her even cuter, it was girls like her that he had to resist from kissing. He gave a chuckle once she was done talking, "There were far to many thank yous in that my dear. Thank me by serving me well, not making me blush." He flashed her a smile, he acted as if he hadn't heard her compliment, but he was very flattered, in fact he did have to hide his blush.

While she cleaned up the rest of his room he slipped away quick, only for ten minutes before returning. He saw her still busy at work, she was a good worker at least. He sat down at his desk, which was the cleanest he had seen it ever. He even had trouble finding some things, like the book he was reading. He was oddly a avid book reader, even though you wouldn't have guessed it from how he acted. He looked over at her when she spoke, "Yeah." He stood up and walked over to her, placing his hand on her shoulder, "Follow me."

He guided her to a door off to the left, "Through there is your quarters, right next to me." He smiled and opened the door and guided her through.

It was a little embarrassing to know that she said thank you so much. She was raised to be kind no matter how rude the other was. Sure she lost her temper sometimes too but because the nobles had way more power than peasants like her, it never hurt to be kind since they can arrange for bad things to happen. She didn't want to die just for being rude. As he guided her through, she felt her heart beat just so fast from having his hand on her shoulder. It wasn't a firm grasp but a gentle and affectionate one too and it made her feel comforted.

Once he let her through to her new room, she walked in and was in complete awe. It was smaller than his but a lot more grand than the common servant's room. The walls were painted with a ruby red color to give that warm and richness feeling and the window were draped with linen drapes with lace hems. her bed was a little bigger as it was a twin size with cotton sheets and comforter, the bed skirt with a lacy hem but also made from cotton. There was a soft rug in the middle of the white carpeted floor and there was a small walk in closet and an elegant oak wood dresser. Flattered and definitely touched, she saw that there was even a small bathroom--just a toilet, a petite shower and small sink--adjoined with her room. It wasn't grand like his but it was better than having to share the common servant bathroom.

Looking around, she looked back at him and she had the look of a very pleased young girl, and more of her true bubbly and crazy personality was coming out. "Oh my god. It's beautiful. I mean...to go from a servants quarters to this beautiful room, it's just...Oh my god!" When she realized how she was talking and all, she turned her back to him and covered her mouth, trying to calm her excitement down. turning, she bowed to him again. "Thank you."

Daniel loved her reaction, she was just so damn cute. Only highly ranked servants got such a room, and she would learn how much benefits there was to being his personal servant. He rubbed her shoulder affectionately, "I know you'll enjoy this room, take good care of it, my dear." Just watching her react was flattering, "Stop with the bowing, you do not need to do it all the time." He chuckled, "Maybe while we are out among others, but in here it is more casual. I find the rules of our world sometimes boring an useless." He smiled at her, "I do appreciate your flattery though."

"I'd like to go over some rules with you quickly before you grab our dinner." He took a few more steps into her room, smiling as her eyes wandered around it like a giddy child. "I don't care much what you refer to me as. You know your manners well, I'm pleased about that. You can call me sir, or anything of your choosing. Like I said while alone I wont expect you to hold such strict manners as you would in public." He gazed at her, she was beautiful, so innocent and willing to serve him.

HEr eyes widened a bit and she instantly shut her mouth since she didn't want to anger him or anything like that. SHe heard horror stories of young women who were beat by the nobles they served for the littlest of reasons and that played a fear in ehr since she really didn't want to be beat. She was aware of the fact that he didn't beat but it was automatically programmed in her to keep a certain stature of a servant just so she didn't fail to impress. It was how she was since she was raised under a mother who pretty much lived the life of a servant and that was what she knew. She didn't have a father. She had no idea who her father was really. She had a feeling she was the daughter of one of the nobleman that her mother had worked for since she may have slept with him, but she wasn't at all sure. Her mother always denied that but she had a feeling that that was the case.

Looking at him, she bit her lower lip and nodded, listening attentively. "W-What would you prefer me to call you?" She asked gently. "What would you like to be called since I dont want to disappoint. I've heard of horror stories of women from my community who come home after being let go, crying and beaten and I don't want to be one of them. Forgive me for always bowing, always being very careful, but I don't want you to be angry at me, and then resort to hitting me. Don't get me wrong I know you aren't that way since you are a very kind man, but still..." Olivia didn't mean to babble but it was a fear that was bothering her and she sort of wanted to address it. Sort of wanted to put her fear to a rest and ease herself.

Daniel could see her nervousness, he walked over to her and grasped both of her shoulders tightly. He looked down at her. "Listen to me. Stop your babbling, my dear. You do not need to fear me, I highly doubt you could cause me trouble." He said with almost a chuckle, she was so cute and humble, he adored her already.

He stroked her cheek gently, "I will not have you speak of what could happen anymore, and in this room and my room you aren't allowed to thank me." He said with a smile, "Have you been beaten before, my dear?" He couldn't think of anyone beating such a girl, but if she was traumatized then he needed to know.

A little gasp came from her when he grasped her shoulders like that. She closed her eyes and calmed down a little bit nad looked at him, letting out a gently breath as her eyes opened. She was hit before and by the man her mother now worked for. He hated children and she was about eight or nine when she was hit by him just for being there. Her mother got penalized a lot for bring Darla to her work but the man didn't let her go since he adored her so.

Nodding to him, she looked down and then looked at him again. "Once. eight or nine years ago." She said gently, brushing her hair from one side, showing a grilled mark on her neck where she was more like tortured rather than hit. She let her hair cover it again and she looked away from him and then moved from his grasp. "Um...shall I fix your meal, sir?"

Daniel studied the mark on her neck, and brushed her hair back out of the way when she covered it. "I am sorry to see that. I wont hurt you, I promise." He pushed her hair back over the scar and pulled his hands off her shoulders and walked back into his own room, "Yes please. Just please don't act like a scared girl around me. I'm not that horrifying am I?" He teased her, trying to lighten the mood. "Oh and you shouldn't need to make it, just pick it up, along with your own meal."

He sat at his desk once more and looked at her, "I'll teach you more later on how to act around nobles, if you would like. Even though I think you do a lovely job of it. Your just so darn cute." He mused to himself and waved her off with a smile, "hurry back."

She was about to leave but then she turned nad looked at him. She gave a gentle nod, almost giving a thumb's up but she stopped herself. She was a little cooky girl and the more she bonded with him, the more she was bonding with him too. "I'd actually like that. I don't want to come across as annoying to them if I am too...uh, humble?" She quirked a brow and even pursed her lips. "I'll be back." Walking out of his room, she walked down the hall and then to the stairs, walking down quickly. She was hungry and the minute she was on the stairs, she could have already smelt the delicious smell of the food. Walking into the kitchen, she saw his meal was already and hers was too even. She put them both on a tray and then carefully carried them back up the stairs. It was heavy but she was surprised she was even able to carry them. Once at his room, she changed the way the tray was and knocked on the door.

Daniel waited for her to return patiently. He was enjoying her already, she was pretty smart, but eager to please him... no, serve him. If he could just help her past her fears of things she would make a fine servant. He heard a knock on the door and answered it, finding her with their dinner. "You do not need to knock, after all, your room is through here." He chuckled a but and grabbed the tray with one hand and waited for her to move into the room.

He shut the door once she was in and sat down at his desk to eat, "You may eat in your room, or out here." He really didn't care which, though, traditionally servants weren't allowed to eat at the same table as their master's. But still, he could care less. "Where doesn't matter to me." He started eating and watched her, wondering what she would do, would she sit in her room? On the floor or even at the table with him?

Walking in, she bit her lower lip and she looked at him, blinking a little bit. She knew that servant weren't allowed to eat at the same table as nobles. She took her dinner and looked at him. "No..I will eat in my room. Thank you though." She nodded turning and walking out and into her room. She sat down on the table and stared at her food, not touching it once. She wasn't very or really hungry at all. After a few minutes, she walked out of her room and went down to the kitchen, asking the cook to pack it up and have someone send the food to her family.

Once done, she retreated back to his room and walked in, looking at him. "What else can I do for you?" She asked gently, standing there, her hands folded in front of her. Slowly, s he was opening up to him, beginning to show her true colors and the real Olivia, wasn't this shy scared little thing. She was more stronger, open and fun. Exactly what a woman shouldn't be but the kids loved her and she was seen as the light in the dark days of their community.

Daniel continued to eat his meal, wondering silently when she left the room with her meal, he didn't stop her though. He made a note to ask her later about it. By the time she had returned he was finished with his meal and reading a book again. He looked up when she returned, she had been gone a bit.

When she spoke to him he paused for a moment, watching her, taking in her demeanor. She seemed more comfortable with him now, but still she would need some warming up for him. "Where did you go with your meal?" He asked, "Did something about your room bother you?" He wanted to make her comfortable.

Looking at him, she bit her lower lip. "Well...I mean technically, servants and other underclassmen aren't allowed to eat with the nobles. And I abide by that so I left. but I wasn't really hungry either so I had the cook pack my meal up and had it sent to my family. I hope that was alright." She wasn't sure if it was but the cook didn't seem to mind to do it so she thought it was alright. She slowly becoming more comfortable around him but still it was hard when he was such a handsome man and here she was, a lowly peasant who was sort of being courted by him. It was intimidating and therefore made it difficult to relax and not be all...excited.

Daniel gave a sigh and set down his book. "Technically, your supposed to listen to me, and do as I say. I said in your room or out here, my dear. I'll let it go of course, I'm not that cruel." He paused for a moment, trying to think of what to say without sounding mean. "Next time however, if your given a meal, do eat it. Cause now you wont get food until the next time I eat.... I don't want you going hungry." It really surprised him that she had given it to her family, and he wanted to know more about her family.

"Where are your family? Why must you feed them?" He asked, leaning back in his chair.

Biting her lower lip, she nodded and looked down, holding her hands rather tightly, running a hand up her arm and gripped it gently. She didn't want to anger him really. Looking at him, she let out a gentle sigh. "I don't want my family to go unfed though." That's how poor they were. Even though her mother still worked for that one noble, he treated only her well and it was up to Olivia to feed her younger siblings. She had no father and when her mother was out trying to make sure she kept a roof over their heads by 'being' with that noble, it was up to Olivia to provide food and clothing to her two younger siblings.

"My family lives across town. Um..in a quaint home that my mother's 'master' provides for us because of the services she provides for him." She began, biting her lower lip. "But, it's up to me to provide for my little brother and sister and while I'm more well fed because of my job here, they aren't." She blinked a little bit. "i'm sorry for not eating. I-I care more for my family's well being. I didn't know it was a crime..." She moved her hand to the back of her neck, looking away.

Her story was sad indeed, but he didn't want her worrying about anything but him. Call him selfish, but she was his servant, and he was starting to adore her more each time he saw her. He listened to her with a kind face, there were so many things to fix with this girl. When she was done he stood up and walked over to her, "Okay, simple enough, they will be fed as part of your agreement to serve me. Don't worry about them." He touched her chin again, running his finger over her cheek affectionately.

"For now on, please eat every time I give you a meal. I will make sure food is given to them." He continued to comfort her, "You have nothing to fear or worry to about anymore except me." He gave her a charming smile. "Now it is almost time to retire. Take my tray back to the kitchen and then you may rest." He told her and pulled away, walking over to his dresser and pulled off his shirt again, changing into his sleeping ware.

Her eyes lit up and a soft smile came to her face. She wasn't expecting him to do that or offer that at all. She never expected anything really. "Thank--" She began and then bit her tongue and nodded to him. "I appreciate it." She siad softly, a soft red tint coming to her cheeks, and she couldn't help but let her eyes wander into his. She looked away though as he pulled back and she nodded. "Right. As you say." such brightness overcame her and the sadness that had been brewing in her when she thought back about her family, it left so quickly all because of him. He really was such a sweetheart.

Going to his tray, her eyes shifted over to him as he took his shirt off. Sure she only saw his back but what a wonderful back it was. Tearing her eyes away, she turned and then stopped. "Um...do you wish for me to return back here or just go to my own quarters?"
