Until this gets fixed there isn't much we can do. Alternatively if you want to keep using Chrome you can turn off the visual editor by hitting the gear icon.

For what it's worth...
My devices (all of them that were affected) have apparently fixed themselves. I'm no longer experiencing cases of the keyboard closing when using the Delete or Enter key.
No updates that I'm aware of. Hopefully I'm not the only one
