-Scenario One-
Deadpool is abducted by an all powerful being known as 'The Writer' who is a erotic Fanfic writer who is suffering from writers block. So he uses his powers to send Deadpool to the DC universe with the goal of fucking as many of the DC babes as possible while 'The Writer' watches to try and get his mojo back. The Writer does various things to help DP accomplish this goal, such as setting up various situations, but the biggest 'Gift' that he gives DP is that no matter what he says or does the women around him will enjoy it and in fact encourage it, even if they mentally don't want to.
Example. If DP met up with Starfire he would say something like "If I eat you out do I get a full days supply of Vitamin C?" and even though Starfire WANTS to punch him into the sun, she instead replies back with "Only if you give me a supply of Vitamin D." even though she had every intention of punching him, that instead is what comes out. This continues to happen until the DC babe no longer can tell the difference and fully succums to her actions.
-Scenario Two-
The same set up as Scenario one, but it could technically happen in any universe. Though if you want the RP to be a long term one a universe with more than woman to interact with would be needed, or else it would be a one shot RP. (Which is fine too)
