The sand that stretched for miles forwards seemed as endless as the night sky. She could not remember the beginning of the desert and was not sure if there would be an end to it. How had she gotten to the desert? She had forgotten that some time back, she couldnâ??t even remember how long. It seemed like the sun never moved form its place in the sky and the sand beneath her feet was never a firm footing to stand on. It seemed that many who had set out on the endless sand met with the endless sleep. A sleep like that sleep was what she wanted. She wanted to be able to rest and wake up somewhere else that wasnâ??t here but it didnâ??t seem like that would work. She didnâ??t want to die, only to get out of this desert.

She was not equipped to walk around in the desert, thankfully her wide brimmed had blocked the sun form beating down on her head and roasting her brain. She had used a knife to cut off the ponytail she had in an attempt to cool down. Her hair was green, a formula had gone wrong and changed the color, it was supposed to be brown but it turned out green, another had turned her eyes red but she didnâ??t really mind either. The had was green, one of the reasons that she didnâ??t mind was that she liked the color. She had a cloak, it was heavy but the sun would fry her skin if it had been given the chance. She had removed the sleeves to help her cool off. The dress went down to her ankles, showing off the leather boots that had some how managed to stay sand free, or at least they flet that way.

She was not all that tan and from her skin and her dress one could tell that she was not from anywhere around here. In fact she was not entirely sure how she had got here to begin with. When she awoke she was somewhere in the desert, it had been night so she found the north star and she headed in that direction hoping to find a town soon. She was wearing a wide rimmed hat. The carved staff that she had became a huge help in getting around with her being so tired and as if those werenâ??t enough of a give away then it must be known that this girl was, in fact, a witch. She had a feeling that those around ehre didnâ??t believe in magic but she didnâ??t much care, in fact every care she had vanished the moment she saw a civilization on the horizon.

Real or some kind of trick brought on by heat and dehydration, she didnâ??t really care, it gave her hope. She began to run towards the village, hoping they would have food and water. She could feel her strength failing and her vision was getting blurry. No, Iâ??m so close! So close! She thought to herself and that was the last through she had. She tripped over the sad and fell, hitting the hot sand and lacking the energy to get back up. She was out of strength and as the blurry vision of the village faded to black she was sure that the sleep she was drifting into would really be her last.

Through the sands of the serubia desert a large group of footprints where being seen shortly after then diassapearing into the sand. A group of groaning alchemists migrated west to the land that was controlled by dour which was the earth mana and nymph which was the water mana. They had heard many stories of they’re sucessors finding peace and a perrinant residance at this beautiful island. There prervious residesce the pleataus in the east was atacked by a poeerful monster that had broken free of its seal. The sun had set and they took up residence in the middle of the desert. Near an oasis. The group of people set up camp and a boy set up camp up by himself.

Among this crew was a young alchemist. His hair was actually two toned the top being white and as it fell to the bottom the tips turned blue. His eyes where a light violet and his skin was brown due to months in the desert. He wore a hood and a cloak ,covering his clothes of alchemy and test tubes sat on his waist containing mana that was used for mana synthesis. To cook the raw meat he had salvaged from a bison he had killed a bit before. which was something he was good at he needed to collect cactus seeds which where good conductors of heat. Leaving the caravan and travelling a few miles to a new caravan he came across a girl unconcious.

‘’What the hell !’’ he spoke as he ran to the girl. She seemed so weak and mana seemed to be infused in her. At least to get her going he cut open a nearby cactus drained the water and seeped into her mouth.
’’That should be good untill I can get her back’’. He lifted her up in his arms and began to carry her back to camp the cold dry desert air began to get to him but he continued dilligently on.Sneaking her in bed and a canteen and the rest of his food sat near her while he set out for seeds once again. He wanted her to take the rest of his food

The girl barely felt the water trickling down her throat, it tasted strange, cactus she concluded, but she was wondering why she was not dead yet. She still wanted to life but it surprised her that her will to survive was strong enough to keep her alive when the rest of her begged for death. She felt herself being lifted, by whom she didnâ??t know, she didnâ??t have the strength to open her eyes. It was not long before she felt the sun finally stop beating on her body. She was laid down and then she heard the man leave.

She rested there until she got enough straight to open her eyes. She saw the water and the food and though she knew that she was not dead she was sure that the person who had taken her here was an angel. She lifted her arm and managed to bring the food to her mouth. After eating a bit of it she found herself with the strength to sit up. She grateful took a drink of water and ate the food on the dish. After looking around she found her staff and she hugged it to her chest, she was so happy that she still had it and that it was still here.

Then looked at the door, wondering who it was that had rescued her and why they had done so. Usually when someone does something nice for her it is never for a good reason.
