The room is huge yet the light from the crackling fire and solitary reading lamp cast many shadows over the spines of the heavy leather-bound books that line the walls. The shelves climb into the darkness, showing the battered edges of numerous volumes until they fade into blackness.
"Ah, I see that you are admiring my collection. I hope you are impressed, it has taken me years to collect so many. Yes, some of them are very old and very priceless but do you know which one is my favorite? Why, it is the one containing your story!"
I adjust myself in my high backed chair and motion for you to sit across from me.
"I see the question in your eyes, yes, I am a teller of tales, a weaver of dreams and a rather lewd gentleman." I chuckle.
"I am seeking a hold lady such as yourself that would enjoy playing through an adventure. What kind of adventure, you ask? Why, whatever kind we decide to create! I am open to many types so feel free to share your desires, you will probably find me most accommodating."
