Question What does "Withdrawn" mean?

I had a friend on here and her name is now blackened out and says "Withdrawn" under her name twice... Can someone please explain?

Is it the same as deleting an account or is there a possibility that they can return?

We don’t delete accounts, we place them in the withdrawn category so by that line of thought it’s “the same”.

As long as they are still within the limit of 5 total accounts or not banned, they can make a new account and return.
