Question A silly one.. how does one make an F-List?

Hi, lovelies,

I was wondering if you could help me out. Most of you have this F-list, its a very nice clear clean way to organize and present your preferences; I was thinking about crafting my own for a while now. But how does one do it? I assume I need to register (not that clueless) and I did, but once I entered, I got completely lost.

Oh, the 'creating character' relation to the list was unknown to me (I though the list is just tied to my general forum profile), that's why I didn't look too deep under the 'characters' tab... palm, meet face.
