A lot of the times, you can use PhotoBucket or whatever other photo hosting website you're using. To use them in your posts, you need to supply the image tags which look like this.
OR! You can also link them in the form of a URL like this.
For finding images, I'd recommend the above mentioned Photobucket or http://www.gelbooru.com. You can find plenty of images there.
