PM Alert Issue?

I've been noticing since sometime last night that the little red dot on the letter, tab, and bottom bar tab hasn't been showing up when I get new PMs lately. Is anyone else having this issue?

If this is what you want you can get the same effect (if a bit slower) by having the chat setting to be on every page.
