I think Pokemorph is when they can change from a person to a pokemon.

pokemorph is sort of like making a neko. Instead of a cat-girl you get a pikachu-girl... the ears, the tail, the skin color, but human in most other appearances. Not that a bright yellow skinned person could be mistaken as human. Its usually done through experimentation or by some strange disease that infects girls and changes them some time after puberty.
