Hi, May i know why i unable to reply in conversation which it did could on yesterday?

A conversation, like a private message with another member, or do you mean a thread?

Is it with a member, or is it with our Greeter Bot? I believe replies are disabled to the Greeter Bot by default.

If you are unable to reply to a message to a member, they may have placed you or the conversation on ignore. If their name is struck out on the sidebar on the conversation, they have chosen to disable replies, and it is best to move on to another member.
