Welcome to my little corner of Bluemoon! My name is Snickers - as in the chocolate bar - and I'm happy to guide you through this horrifying journey we call:
"searching for roleplay partners"
But don't worry! Even though I'm fairly new around here, I'm certainly not new to roleplaying. I think I've been doing it for over 8 years by this point? And even during the periods where I dropped it, writing in general has been a pretty consistent hobby of mine! So hopefully, you won't have to search any further than - moi -!
As you can imagine, this whole quarantine shindig has got me bored out of my skull, and desperate to find artistic inspiration. My adventures in the wonderland of roleplay forums led me here, after some people pointing me in the right direction, and I have to say that the community seems positively flexible thus far. As for me, I'm mainly here because I want to find literate partners who value making fascinating characters, and placing them into equally fascinating scenarios - with a healthy dose of smut to keep things interesting, of course.
I might include some visual aids for a few of my plot ideas! If they're NSFW then I'll label it as such, although I rarely include anything visually NSFW anyway (it grosses me out when I see threads with porn scattered throughout them, to be brutally honest).
I'll try not to rabbit on too much, so let's get straight into the good stuff!

How does a snickers bar write???:
- With a keyboard!
- Literate/Advanced
- Don't run away yet! By literate, I mean with good grammar, punctuation, descriptive writing, making the character feel 'alive' - all that good stuff. If you need examples, then I can happily provide them for you!
- Average between 400-800 words (varies quite a bit depending on what you write)
- NO one liners, or lazy posts
- Third person, past tense
- I can play women, men, anything in between or outside the gender norm (although women are my preference, naturally)
- MxF is main preference, but MxM and FxNB are options
- Threads, PMs or discord
- I can play canon, but I ask that you do too in some fashion (whether that's doubling, or in one CxC pairing)
- (GMT+1) and sometimes busy with work, so don't expect immediate replies

Plotting time:
I have no triggers, and darker plots are definitely preferred! I like brainstorming usually, based on what we both prefer to include in our roleplays, but I'm open to people throwing their ideas/cravings at me (as long as they don't go against any of my stated preferences). I enjoy seeing people really enthusiastic about what they want to write!
I will mention right now, that this thread is primarily focused on my more 'intense' pairings. This will involve a lot of exophilia, hunter/prey, BDSM, murder, violence, generally despicable, evil, and horrible characters - if this isn't for you, don't panic! I have a second thread I'm working on which will focus more on 'fluffy' plots, so once that's complete, I will link it here for all you romantic folks who would rather hug your partner than brutally attack them. For now, feel free to check out my fandoms, or if you can somehow think of a fluffier plot fitting in with my themes below - then hit me up!

- Crime/Noir
- Blackmailed Detective x Mafia Daughter/Femme - I'm picturing a detective with a strong moral compass, being forced into submission, because of some corrupt, messy situation with the local mafia. Blackmailed into staying quiet, I wonder how he'd cope when the daughter of the local Mafia boss starts playing with him, essentially acting as a loose, illegal cannon just to get on his nerves. He shouldn't upset her, right?
- Military
- Horror/Cryptids
- Monster x Human - A classic 'oh no I got myself in a right pickle this time' trope. I prefer my monsters and creatures to be somewhat humanoid in nature, with intelligent thought processes, who may/may not speak English. Having them lose their mind when 'in heat' is totally amazing though.
- Supernatural/Dark fantasy
- Vampire x Other - I don't like my vampires sparkling in sunlight. When I want vampires, I want them to be creepy and terrifying - maybe they can turn into a weird, half-bat like creature (NSFW reference, by the wonderful Reyblackwolf!). Perhaps they transform against their will whenever they smell blood? Maybe their sex drive goes insane when another of their kind is in heat? Breeding, hunter/prey, and plenty of other kinks seem fitting.
- I'll also consider other beings/creatures, although I prefer ones that are more humanoid for sure.
- Dark supervillains
- Supervillain x Other - Probably a favourite of mine. Take a classic supervillain, and make them darker. More corrupt, more malicious and fucked up. Think along the lines of DC's "Black Label" - Batman Damned, When in Rome - remember when everyone freaked out over Batman's dick? - Oh! And does Marvel have an equivalent to 'Black Label' comics? I'd love to know if there is one!
- Historical (I like the wild west especially, or early 1900's)
- Dark science-fiction
- Alien x Abductee - I'm leaning towards one of two plots here, depending on whether we want to be light or dark, but I can imagine a good amount of 'exploration' being a part of it. I mean, how does this particular alien get his rocks off anyway??? Does he even have genitals??? Maybe he wants to breed? Also, good old lima syndrome! (if we want it)
- Psychiatrists/doctors
- Doctor x Other - I feel like a lot of psychiatrists have their own personal issues that they're really good at hiding - in a fictional sense, anyway. Having a patient try to turn the table around and start questioning their doctor? Well, that's preposterous! But, I suppose they deserve some discipline... Right? (Or is that the 'problem' talking?)
Fandoms
- Star Wars
- Everyone knows the classic pairings - Padme x Anakin, Rey x Kylo, Sith x Jedi, etc. etc. - but I think we lovely Star Wars fans can come up with far more interesting romance stories than those! I'm particularly fond of the concept of prehistoric Jedi, where they first discover the force and have to figure it out from the very beginning - or even an alternate universe where Jedi are actually considered threats, and lower class, compared to the sensational heroes they are usually portrayed as.
- RDR/RDR2
- DC (mostly everything)
- I'm particularly interested in something with man-bat, andrew bennett, scarecrow - anyone considered creepy or freakish, basically! If you've read/heard of any black label plots as well, then I would love to hear about any ideas they may have sparked. I'm particularly interested in exploring some kind of 'Bruce Wayne imagined everything' scenario - Batman only exists in his head, or maybe he is Batman but he's murdering people without realising? Bonus points in the shift comes halfway through his career (he suddenly starts killing people, and the people of Gotham are left baffled and terrified)!
- Marvel (mostly the films, and a small amount of comics)
- Resident Evil
- Everyone seems head over heels for RE8 right now, and me too! So many opportunities for romance. The mutated Lords look pretty attractive, if I do say so myself... Oh you meant their human forms?
- Destiny
- I'm interested in roleplaying against an Exo or a Fallen - a little bit of exophilia for y'all - if anyone would like to have a go at something weird! The House of Devils in particular catches my attention, because the setting in Old Russia is pretty fascinating already - maybe a Fallen Kell takes a liking to a stray Guardian? Maybe they keep them captive/marry them off to another house as an offering? Lima Syndrome anyone?
- We could get really creative with how Fallen actually marry/mate/breed, depending on our preferences - and the same with exos!
- Detroit:Become Human
TURN OFFS ARE - ALL ANIME (sorry folks but anime/manga is a surefire way to make me feel uninspired), furries, school/college plots, office plots, celebrity-meeting-fans etc. etc. (basically anything that's repetitive and cliche)
