What year was it now? 1800’s something, perhaps it was the early beginning? For Goda it no longer mattered as long as he was able to blend into whatever the society changed into. Last time he had been out there were no such lights like these along such a smooth path. What time had done for such a small tribe was amazing to Goda as he still held memories of going days without meeting another person whenever he traveled from his homeland to the small island which his tropes had once ruled over. That was long ago now and now only Goda was able to see what results happened from their travels and wars.

Blending into this society was very easy. There were few who knew of Goda’s condition and as such he had made only close friends to ensure that when he choose, he would be able to come out of his time alone and rejoin society for a while. Dressed in the finest clothes and caught up on the newest things happening, Goda wanted to take a walk to see where he would be living for a while. Perhaps he should travel again, that colony that England failed to keep seemed to be growing and going there again perhaps there would be something new to be interested in. Better than watching history repeat itself with new faces. So, these are the new streetlamps…hmm, I wonder if they will be brighter. Goda thought to himself as he entered into the main street. It seemed as though some kind of celebration was happening as those who were rich were out on the street and going to three homes which were open up for those to come in.

Becoming another face in the large crowd of people the fair hair male began following others into a home. This held food for everyone to pick from and not feeling hungry Goda went off to explore. Coming across a group he listened to them for a moment to learn that and engagement had taken place and the parents were celebrating. The other two homes seemed to also be owned by the parents and thus they opened these up to have all their friends and people of importance to come inside to see what wealth they should expect for the wedding. So, this is how they celebrate now… odd.

Coming outside the man began to go to the other house when he paused seeing someone he had not expected to see ever again. The other stuck out like a sore thumb to Goda and as he stared, he felt him legs slowly began to move towards the other man. Was this really his lover? The man he gave up the world for and in the end his own human right of death? He had searched high and low for his lover with no fear of anything, and yet today he would find him?

What cruelty was in store if he choose to speak to him? This new world was strange and perhaps this man only looked like his lover. Swallowing hard he made his way towards the other, a gentle smile on his face as he cleared his throat "Hello."

It should be the best day of Oliver's life. Marrying this women would solve all his problems, all his family's problems. Something wasn't right though. Sure the two got along, but he didn't feel anything towards her that was more then friendship. His fiancee on the other hand, she adored him, wanted to start her life with him.

He had just popped out of the house to get some air, telling his fiancee, Juliet, he'd be right back. He runs a hand through his strawberry blond hair, taking a long deep breath. Why couldn't he feel the same way she did? Was he just scared she thought he was poor so she'd pity him? He was lost in thought, flinching when he heard a familiar voice.

He glances to the male with soft green eyes, deja vu hitting him quickly. He raises an eyebrow, shaking the thought away. "Hello? Do I know you?" That same soft voice Goda knew and loved. He watches him, glancing over his shoulder as he heard laughter coming from one of the houses. "Looks like Uncle Fred is drunk." He chuckles, smiling at Goda. "Are you a friend of Juliet's? You look familiar..."

Oh shit...I did not think this through. Goda felt that ping of embarrassment as the realization of not thinking things through bit him in the ass. Though, upon hearing that old, long loved voice he felt himself relax and for a moment he swore he saw his lover in their old life. "I believe you do, though perhaps it was far in the past we knew one another." Goda smiled, his heart fluttering when he saw the other man smile. How had Goda lived so long without such strong emotions? Feeling them now he felt as though he would die happily now.

"Juliet? Apologizes, I do not know of a Juliet." he spoke tenderly, his voice sweet as dark-honey with an ever so light accent lingering on every word. He's been reborn, and still as lovely as ever. Its like he never died Goda could not get over with how much Oliver looked like from his past life. How many times had he been reborn and only now he was able to see him in this time period. The people around them paid no mind and it was for the best. Even in a sea of people Goda still felt as though they had some privacy "I apologize if I startled you, but it has been a very long time since the last time we saw one another. I must admit I did become quite excited." the man chuckled, his cool grey eyes staring at Oliver's face. Every small detail, feature, and even small movements seemed to be just like how the other lived in the past.

Bowing Goda thought he would not be able to control himself further, but withholding that joy he kept up the act of how proper people of this day and age acted. "In all the excitement I am afraid I have lost track of your name. Ah, or even to reintroduce myself," bowing Goda began to treat Oliver as if he was royalty, and for the man he was "My name is Goda Dupont." he adopted the last names of friends he stayed with thus his lack of a last name of his past was no issue for the man. "May I acquire your name?"
