This is like the Matrix. Some people discovered there are rules that don't apply to them and can break the rules. Just like some of the characters in Matrix, these people have special superhuman powers that they abuse. Some felt so disconnected that they have no care for human life and kill for fun like a game of Grand Theft Auto.

Name: Hauser
Appearance: Hauser is an athlete in his 40's but he keeps his regular workout regime and is still very fit. He has short ash colored hair and tattoos on both his arms.
Powers: Hauser is very deadly with his fists. He knows a little bit about Martial Arts but has never fought in a real fight. His fists are invulnerable and he thinks of them as weapons where he could kill and punch through his problems. He could focus on his fists and punch through walls and his hands were not hurt.
Discovery: Hauser was in a bar where he flirted with a lady after losing his job. Unfortunately, she turned out to be the girlfriend of a biker gang and he was threatened by the gang. They surrounded him and showed him a knife, and he suddenly snapped. Going all out, he punched the first man so hard, he broke his ribs and the man ruptured his lungs and collapsed. With a series of blows, he took out the whole gang who was surprised at how fast and strong his punches were. Everything felt surreal and Hauser wanted to try more as what he knew about the world was different and it seems like physics did not affect him as much as he focused.

Abbigael Kirst, also known as Princess Bubblegum. A feared bandit. Known for combat prowess and a ruthless love for chaos and a sickening stretched smile. A deadly eccentric woman who enjoys causing mayhem. The embodiment of havoc. Princess Bubblegum is a ruthless force of nature like a F5 Tornado or a level 1 disaster. She had a family though they have most likely died or forgotten about her.

Appearance: Miau looks like a teenager, small and muscular in build with short blue hair.
Powers: Miau is very athletic and good gymnast, she is strong and could do inhuman feats which she displays on her instagram feeds on her daredevil acts. She realize that she could do a lot of things she wanted if she focused and could be completely silent when she run across various surfaces.
Discovery: Miau was diagnosed with various diseases since young and was not allowed to socialize with the other kids. Unable to play and interact, she lost her will to live, but when her house was broken into, the robbers murdered everyone and shot her in the head. She was in a coma, but woke up in the hospital being able to move and she felt better than ever. Now alone and having a second chance, she did amazing feats which got her too much attention and there were people after her, but she continues to display her superhuman feats and daredevil fears on Instagram and has attracted strange people coming for her.
