a problem with my pms?

Sometimes when I send a PM, it sends two copies of the exact same message in the same instance. It has happened a few times (i usually just erase the text of the duplicate via Edit leaving an explination in it's place) Ive been trying to figure out if it's an issue purely on my side of things or if anyone else has encountered that problem?

It happens on my laptop, I honestly thought it was because of my mouse being close to death, but I changed my mouse for a new one and it still happens.

Its also only on this site and only when I pm.
