Outbox is not outing my mail

All of my messages aren't sending and are stuck in my Outbox. What?

Messages sit in the outbox until they're read by the recipient.

Goodness gracious, I feel so tech un-saavy these days. Is there a reason why I can't delete my posts as well? Even if no one has replied after my post?

Yes, by order of my superiors, post editing is disabled nearly site-wide.

Except in the RP forums that is. It helps keep trolling in the GD and and PVP down.
