As for why I haven't posted anything yet, I'm waiting to see who wants to claim a Cosmog before I claim my Cosmog.

Not exactly, 3 is the maximum total EV yield of the Pokemon you can start with. So you can have something like 3 of each starter of a region or 1 single Garchomp or 1 Carbink 1 Magikarp.
