It had been about fifteen years since her academy years, and Riuna could remember her training like it was yesterday. But that wasn't her medal for success. She had left the ways of the Jedi, becoming a Bounty Hunter, but few knew this, and even fewer knew exactly who she was. She would always wear a black suit of armor and a helmet, almost looking like the Fetts, but not completely. She modified her jet back to hold more ammo and a few other secrets in it, but still works like a normal jet pack. She would have about six blaster pistols on her at a time, and two other blaster rifles, not including her sniper rifle.

She rarely took her helmet off while in the company of others, not trusting many people. She had recently took on a mission from the Sith, not joining one side truly in this three sided war. Republic had gain control of the Galaxy and still maintained most of the control, the Empire still trying to fight for it, but still on a mostly loosing side, and a new faction of enemies was created, the Reborn; normal people who had their Force Powers forced onto them. A Sith Lord made them, hoping to gain more soldiers, but it soon back fired when the Reborn started to fight for their own causes rather then the Empire's.

Riuna never truly fought for one side of the war, taking any mission any side would hand her with payment. This mission was to lead a group of Imperial Troopers into an assault on a Republic military base. Little did they know some Jedi were also there, but luckily they had bought the service of Riuna, who, being a Jedi at one point her self, was excellent at killing of other Jedi, Sith, or Reborn.

About half way into the fight, they had been pushing the Republic back and finally had them cornered inside a bunker, leaving the job up to Riuna to break into it and get rid of the final Jedi, who had been guiding everything from the back, saving many Republic lives at it.

Riuna's saber came flying back to her hand, having only pulled the one out, activating just a single of the blades. Riuna had a very unique Saber, finding a crystal that flowed with her in the Force, becoming stronger as she did with the Force, and was also clear. She found a way to extend her blade a few inches as well, making her even more dangerous. She walked up to the door and held her saber up. "Time to end this and get my full pay." She said, and with a thrust stabbed her saber into the door, melting it down. It wouldn't been long before she made it through the blast door, where the Jedi would be waiting.

It had been a long and difficult battle and the republic had been pushed to its limits. The dead and wounded far outnumbered those prepared to fight and those prepared to fight were suffering from rather low morale. They had a fighting chance before General Daedilus fell. He was a powerful Jedi, however, he was still mortal. He was outnumbered and slain.

The bunker was heavily damaged and running on reserve power making it difficult to use its sickbays to their fullest. The smell of death and burning debris hung heavy in the air, only adding to the painfully dark scene. The only sign of light for the remaining republic troops was the faction’s only remaining Jedi, Mara Oda. She was young and not yet a master but she had proven her combat potential time and time again. However, even her morale was beginning to fade.

“Ma’am? What are your orders?” A soldier asked as he approached the brooding Jedi.

“See to the wounded, prepare to evacuate. We don’t have the numbers to win this battle.” She said in a voice that reflected her emotional exhaustion. She couldn’t lie, she was scared and she was angry. However she was struggling to keep a lid on both emotions. She straightened her black robe to better cover the tattered white clothing beneath it. Long ice blue hair cascaded down her back like a waterfall. Eyes of the same bright blue remained glued to the floor as she tried to process everything that had happened. “How could it come to this?” She questioned herself quietly.

Her gaze lifted as she sensed someone approaching the room. This person’s connection to the force was strong, frighteningly so. Although there was something familiar about the feeling the young Jedi received. “Get the wounded out of here now!” She ordered as she rose to her feet, her hand hovering over her light saber.

The Bounty Hunter opened the door, having told the rest of the soldiers to wait, she will take care of everything. She pushed a button on her belt and the soft humming of her invisible shield activated. She then stopped, feeling a familiar presence in the Force. She then slowly holstered her blasters to her side, unhooked her jet pack and set it on the ground.

Finally, she force grabbed the two hidden sabers and held one in each hand. "I sense...this will be a fight to remember." She said softly, the general of the Sith Army looking at Riuna. "Ma'am? Are you sure you can handle this on your own?" He asked. "I told you, keep your men back. I have been paid to do a job, I plan on getting the rest of my payment at the end of all this." She stated and started to walk in.

She finally came around and stood in front of the novice Jedi. She then froze stiff. Riuna could see who it was, but it did not go the other way, her old friend would have about no clue who it was under that suit of armor. "So...the last Jedi on the planet? Doesn't look like much. I have no clue why I brought these out." Riuna said, her comlink masking her true voice.

"Well, come on, lets finish this. I have a payment waiting at the end of this entire thing." Riuna said, knowing her and her friend were matched equally in saber techniques. She took a ready pose for normal single sabers, activating only one blade on either saber. Riuna knew it was the forward blade in her left hand which sat at a higher position than the other, and the back blade for the right one, which stood to her side, straight out. "I don't want to drag this out, Jedi, so lets drop formalities and everything else to end this now." Riuna taunted, standing ready. Riuna was mostly a defensive fight with sabers, waiting for the other to strike.
