I think that all magical objects come from the same magic. After all they have magic sealed inside of them. Rather nutrual or an element. I think it's a heartfelia who did it. Out of all the Celestrial wizards shown only Lucy can use the keys to there full power with the star dress. That's where my chararater comes in. A decent from that family.
We know fairy glitter was mavis spell. The other origins of magic are unknown. I thought it would make a cool twist with diffrent of your own theory of magic being played out as list magic
