Hello everyone. I am making a pretty big dnd world, well multiverse, the characters are able to go to the celestial planes and are trying to find a few items there. But it's really hard to keep track of all the info, does anyone have any website or apps that might be useful?

World Anvil and the like are dedicated alternatives, but I'd ultimately second the wiki thing if you're up for learning it and designing a structure. One thing I'm going to advise regardless of the choice is to approach the structure with a plan; just going in and making some pages without a bit of an order to things might not be the best deal, and I'm not aware of a platform that would encourage you otherwise.
