Question Art request

It might just be me...but isn't the 'request' section an option to sell people stuff?
I don't want to complain, since I do not really understand the page...
But it seemed like people can request art to be made...doesn't that come with a price?

Is that legal to ask anyone for a fee on here or...? I'm not sure...just asking because I was wondering about it lol.

As point of fact, just the other day I contacted the Staff in regards to posting some stuff I made. For funsies.

It's my understanding that anyone offering to make artwork here, is doing so for free. Charging for such things could involve licensure of material/existing artwork used in the process.
