Question Thread Necro?

Ok, so I posted a game idea some months ago that generated some interest but a couple of the people seem to have fallen off the face of the earth. I was wondering if there's a policy on how long a thread can go before it's considered necro/in bad form... I've been thinking about a different/more complete way to complete the idea, and I'm wondering if I should just create a new thread or if that breaks some other rule?

Outside of the introduction forums we don't have a Necro policy for the most part.

aah fair enough... do you have a policy against starting another thread to better present a game that was perhaps not completely or not well presented?
