Rules question NSFW images

I just realized that one of my threads had the first post starting with a NSFW image. And with the preview of the thread that you get by hovering over the thread, the image was shown.

Is this a breach of the rules with labeling NSFW content?

The thread is labeled as NSFW but still. I've edited the first post for now to have a spoiler instead of the image in the beginning of the thread.

Per rule 6, having NSFW in the thread title is enough of a warning. However there's nothing wrong with spoiling your NSFW images in addition to the thread title.
