An Introduction
A little about myself is in order; I'm Hawk and I've been writing since I learned how to pick up a pencil and make scratches on paper. I've been engaging in collaborative writing (ooh, fancy!) for almost two decades. In my personal life, I'm a pretty laid back guy with a penchant for not knowing when to shut up when I need to. I'm a huge movie buff and I love art and music of all kinds. Expect a musical theme everywhere I think I can get away with putting one. Not entirely sure what else I need to add so let's get to the meat and gritty shall we?
What I Give and What I Expect
While I like to consider myself a capable writer, I am by no means a master of the written word. Far from it.
I write primarily in third person but have dabbled in first person, mostly in the writing of biographies for characters.
I tend to give as good as I get although don't expect a novel. I prefer concise, neat posts that keep the story moving forward so post length has never been something I care one way or the other about. I tend to stay away from one-liners though. Please, please, please try to give me something to work with though.
I like plot-based stories, although smut is welcomed and encouraged where appropriate. I'm also down to get dirty and just smut it up.
As far as character sheets go, I'm also willing to provide a full work up; name, personality, bio, etc. I can, however, wing it and let it develop as the RP progresses. Photo references I prefer realistic pictures but am flexible in regard to the use of art and anime.
I am active daily and will attempt to give replies every other day, most likely every three days. However, it will never be more than a week before a reply.
If RL plans to cause a ruckus, I will be sure to inform anyone of my upcoming disappearance or delays in responding.
IMPORTANT: I Reply by First Come, First Serve. This bird's a busy boy so please be patient; yours is not the only reply on my list. Thread replies get priority and are bumped to the top of the list.
I am open to both a long term roleplay or even a short term. I prefer to RP in a thread or on PM but will do Discord if that is what you would prefer.
I prefer dominant, aggressive, violent characters and am open to any and all ideas for an RP you might have. I like to consider myself pretty flexible in that regard. I have a few favorite themes that I will list, but pairings I leave to exactly what kind of RP we decide to go forward with.
