Question Dumb Question | Deleting Messages

Hello everybody,

I'm having a spot of trouble finding a delete button in the messages section. I of course click on the empty box beside the message I'd like to delete, but I haven't seen anything to take the next step. Help?

Click the check box, then click on the bottom in the drop down box on the left and click leave conversation then press go....

It should prompt you if you want to receive future messages or not and then you're done!
