Might be an odd question?

So I fully understand that there is no underage sex or anything, and I'm in complete agreeance with that, what I want to know is can you play a character, or flashback to a time where your character was underaged and then timeskip/return to present and that be okay?

Example: If I wanted to play with my character and another starting in Primary school, building up a rapport with a character and then skipping ahead to say, high school and then to adulthood and then that character, now legal engages in activities. is that okay?

I can't see why it wouldn't be but I just want to dot the i's and cross the t's

Of course that is okay You can time skip all you want. The Important rule is that nothing sexual happens at the times while rping the character when they're underage. Flashbacks happen all the time in stories, no reason why they cant be used in a RP to build character development. Hope that helps, and that I understood this question correctly
