Odd Ones Out (PoisonousIvee/Mr.Aznable)

Evolution was always so odd. Eons and eons of evolutionary progress seemed to push time back to the period of animals. Humans have progressed into more beastial forms to adapt to the harsh environment years of polution had caused to the planet. It was hard but liveable. There were very rare few who were not fully beasts. They resembled old humans, with animal qualities of various kinds. It was a one in a million but it still happened. Anaya was one such. She was very human looking, with the exception of her lion like ears and tail. She was an odd one, truly, but not unwanted. Oh no. In fact, she was happily married to a behemoth of a male. He was tall, muscular, and covered in thick smoky colored fur. He was a wolf, and his name was Lyell, and he loved her very much.

Their relationship was not the usual conventional relationship, but the two of them were none the happier with how it was.

Lyell came off as a very unapproachable man. He was lumbering and he ran one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the entire nation, and he ran it efficiently. He was a cold and hard boss but well respected among his peers. At home, he was just as much of a lap dog as any.

 

[Mr.Aznable]

She loved having him come home, home to her so that she could help him relax.

He came home from work, he set his work bag aside and loosened his tie, "Anaya...!" His voice almost made the walls rumble, "I'm home...!" He sounded tired.

 

[Mr.Aznable]

Anaya smiled. "Is that my darling~?"

 

[PoisonousIvee]

He lumbered around to find her, "Where are you, work was awful.."

 

[Mr.Aznable]

"I am on the couch, available for grumbling..~" she said.

He moved into the living room and climbed onto the couch, curling up and laying his head on her lap as his tail wagged gently.
"Why are people scared of me, Anaya...?"

 

[Mr.Aznable]

"You're a big, soft spoken guy.. some folks don't enjoy that.. I love it~"

 

[PoisonousIvee]

"I'm not mean to anyone..." He muttered, "Thank you for loving me despite that..."

 

[Mr.Aznable]

She smiled and simply pet him, scratching between his ears gently.

 

[PoisonousIvee]

He rumbled and his tail wagged more, his ears dipping forward to give her room, "You smell lovely..." He muttered before nuzzling her stomach.

 

[Mr.Aznable]

She smiled. "Thank you, love.."

 

[PoisonousIvee]

"How have you been today...?" He asked, his arms moving to wrap around her waist.

 

[Mr.Aznable]

She made a noise. "Oh just bored and lonely until now..~"

 

[PoisonousIvee]

He gave a soft huff of a laugh and nuzzled her again, "Same.."

 

[Mr.Aznable]

She smiled and kissed his forehead.

He relaxed with her for the rest of the day, just enjoying being close to her. He pet her thigh with his claws as he just sat with her, keeping her close.

 

[Mr.Aznable]

She smiled and kept petting him, sighing contently.

"What's on the menu tonight, hun..?" He asked gently.

 

[Mr.Aznable]

To be honest I hadn't given it that much thought~" she giggled. "We can order whatever take out you want~"

 

[PoisonousIvee]

He rumbled softly and glanced up at her, "Wings sound really good..." He told her.

 

[Mr.Aznable]

She smiled. "Then we can do wings~" he said.

 

[PoisonousIvee]

His tail started to wag, "I don't think I could have found a better wife, honestly.."
