Question Formatting Image and text question

Is it possible to format a post to have an image on one side with text on the other? Its very simple but kind of like this

There are a few more question is have about formatting but no gonna worry too much about it as if I can find a way to format my posts in this way i can probably apply the same method to the other issue i have.
