Standing in said spot a broad shouldered man wearing an eye patch and a massive sword stood in the center of a crater that looked a lot like the old world, a book floated over his shoulders. As the big man looked around sword drawn to his hand. "What the hell's going on Weiss..." The man grunted at the book, before the snide book replied, "I... I have no idea, where we are, so don't shout at me." The book replied sounding just as confused by the change in location as Nier was. "Damnit..." He began running around coming across what looked like strange machines, of course he'd smash through them with no problem till he came towards the center of the township.

So the concept is this.
The Island resort was originally being built by Chairman Rose’s group as a potential retreat for himself.
However after his fall in Sword and Shield

The company’s assets are frozen and the island left incomplete only for the combined company efforts of Cynthia ,Lusimine and Diantha(X and Y champion.) and a little extra money from Caitlyn they buy and complete the resort of course with some of their own touches then send out Mystery Gift Invitations and thus invites as many Pokegirls under the sun (or moon) and one lucky pokeboy for an all expense paid vacation on an island stocked to the brim with ways for the young trainers to get a little intimacy
 
A prestigious academy for the best of the bests daughters to attend, some alumni even work as staff at the school. Eagerly awaiting a full student body and staff body. He watches his school from on high, and enters the scene to insist on becoming everyone's favorite old man. A practitioner of many a hobby he enjoys working and keeping his body strong, and even finds time to enjoy sex on occasion.
