What's your favorite type of character concept

Personally I like characters that are completely different from their stereotype, i.e. A delinquent girl thats a total sub or a smol nerdy guy thats a total dom

Similar to you. I tend to like conflict in all respects, characters who are challenged by what is happening/what they are doing/thinking about doing. I like characters who are multi faceted or have contradictions. The guy who holds up a bank and takes a hostage but he is a regular guy who was just pushed too far, he tries to be nice to his hostage but when she pushes him he shows her he can be rather nasty.

Or the hot guy who has some kind of flaw personality or physically. The nerdy below average looking girl who is going to do porn etc. The average/below average looking woman who lands the hot guy etc.

Things like that interest me a lot more than than the hot horny character who has sex because they are hot and horny.

Lately I've been intrigued by strong, but flawed and struggling characters. The balance between "I'm fine, it's all good" and mental breakdown.

Villains almost always intrigue me in some way, even if I personally dislike and regularly ridicule them. That's probably what makes the characters fun. Or really pretty much any character you can poke fun at.

I like cynical assholes regardless of whether or not they turn out to have a heart of gold or are actually sensitive underneath it all. Or any portrayal of a flawed character that doesn't take itself too seriously. Odd or eccentric characters, too and I like to play those types as well.

I've also been interested in what I'd call 'Arnold Friend' type characters. Though the character from that story doesn't have a mentioned accent from what I remember, the characters I feel fit this "trope" always have some sort of Southern accent. Eddie Kreezer from Hick is a huge example. The "Southern gentleman" who turns out to be unhinged and was honestly creepy from the beginning but so persuasive that better judgment is ignored.

I also like characters, my own and my partners to be plausible looking. I don't need face claims but in the past I have had people send me the 20 year old busty playboy model as a face claim even though their character is a middle aged housewife or is supposed to be the shy wallflower type etc. I can't relate to animations and anime either.

If I am describing or using a face claim I try and go for a look that represents my character on deeper levels. Not just a pretty face but someone who when you see them they just seem to represent certain qualities.
