Question Can't view a person's profile

So, I was just checking someone's profile, and then a couple minutes later when I went to check it again, it said that I couldn't. Is this a glitch?

The probationary period (pre 3 posts / 1 day) blocks profile views.

This is to prevent harvesting by malicious accounts, mostly.
