Oseigi Falls is located in the south of Ouni Prefecture. It is a smallish town (25-30k population) but growing rapidly thanks to the expanding Sokoru Hightech Electronics factory complex. Historically, the town has been more of a tourist and resort destination thanks to an abundance of natural beauty, mountains and natural hot springs. With S.H.E.'s success in the area and the increasing capabilities of Port Oseigi, other corporations have begun to consider locating branch offices there as it is a very attractive local for executive living.

The city of Ouni is about 35 km to the northwest via the coastal highway. The mountain roads wind their way up elevation to the northeast, eventually arriving at the town of Shigaara 70 km away, passing a few tiny alpine lake settlements and a ski resort en route. National Highway #17 runs to the south, passing through rural areas dominated by agriculture.

Sky Helix is a pioneering bio-agri firm on the cutting edge of genetic splicing and manipulation. They've recently opened on office in Oseigi Falls and are very interested in the economic development of the area. After all, there's all that fantastic farmland close by, and Port Oseigi is a great place to ship from without having to haul it all the way up to Ouni. The local office is headed by Mr. Takahiro, an associate VP with the company.

Sky Helix is a major donator to Jinaagi Academy.

S.H.E. is a local firm that spun a few niche products into a major research and development office. Building a factory in the economically decaying Oseigi Falls was a major coup for the young firm, allowing them to underprice a rival for a huge government contract. Lady Sokoru (an Oseigi Falls native) has plowed the majority of profits back into R&D and developed new product lines one after the other. Every brilliant new scientist or engineer in the last two years has heard the name S.H.E. and their innovative products make them the hottest name in tech right now.

Despite the recent openings of S.H.E.-Ouni, S.H.E-Tokyo and S.H.E.-Tiajuana, the original factory (and the sprawling complex of buildings and production facilities it has grown into) employ almost 18 thousand people, many of them commuters from other locations, but including over 30% of Oseigi Fall's working adult population.

The highly efficient Mr. Kabo, the majordomo of S.H.E.-Oseigi, has been promoted to the massive S.H.E.-Tokyo complex. The new administrator, Mr. Tohru Tanaka, has recently returned to the city where he grew up to assume control over the facility.
