My name is Lt. Cheryl Wilson and I would like to make you aware of Fetnoir City. It is one of the Zones of Special Sovereignty recently created to deal with illegal, uncivil and immoral behavior. There are scenarios conducted which are serious, complex and very detailed. (Others may wish to think of them as roleplay.)
Fetnoir City is besieged with spies, assassins, and organized gangs of depraved and disgusting behavior. I am in charge of the Security Police, Counter-Intelligence and Anti-Terror agents.
