4.0 student being smarter than most of her teachers and having been groomed to be the future CEO of her fathers company is absolutely livid as she gets her report back as her professor marked it as too long. She would not stand for this going the extra distance to ensure she would get a perfect grade back fired on her. Everything she worked for she couldn’t lose here. Marching into his office with only one thing in mind, she was going to demand him to change her grade one way or another. Unfortunately for her she doesn’t realize the man is from a very powerful family and set her up knowing she would do this. A man like him was as smart as she was and willing to get his hands dirty to get what he wanted.
Looking for someone to play this out, it would rapidly fall into a smutty situation where your character who is lustful over my character and power hungry over her name goes out of his way to sleep with her. He is of an equally powerful family that has darker associations like the mafia or yukuza. The tables are turned on her thinking if all else fails she could fall back on her family name but when that fails maybe he takes advantage in suggesting she sleep with him or maybe he gets pushy forcing her to submit now as punishment or maybe it gets a bit more twisted and he starts making her wear what he wants to class and sexually tortured her for fun. Maybe he even makes her come home and let his dog use her as his bitch. What his enjoyment and motivation is would be up to you just that he gets sick enjoyment out of threatening her grade for sexual gratification.
